This session ale takes its inspiration from the Dark Ages where peoples like the Anglo- Saxons and Vikings brewed many mysterious honey ales. We take Tasmanian Meadow honey and an aromatic forest honey to make this brew. Honey forward, floral but dry and clean to taste. Great with food… or just when you want a drink.
