We make this premium neutral spirit through our pot still. This creates a clean and rich base spirit ready for you to use. Produced at 60% it is a multi use spirit. You could:
Make your own tinctures and macerations using herbs and spices.
Make your own Limoncello or other liqueurs
Add commercial essences to create your own Whiskey, Bourbon or Rum styled spirit. (Edwards Essences, Still Spirits and Pure Distilling sell great options.)
Each litre of spirit diluted with 500mls spring or filtered water yields 1.5 litres of spirit at 40% or Dilute with a litre of water to yield 30% which is perfect for Limoncello or other liqueurs.
(NEVER DRINK 60% SPIRIT NEAT- ALWAYS DILUTE.)

A warming spiced mead brewed for feasting fires and long tales. Wanderer’s Spiced Mead is a traditional-style honey wine infused with a blend of spices — think cinnamon and clove.
Expect gentle sweetness, aromatic spice, and a golden hue straight from the hive.

Smooth, sweet and layered with warm spice. Enjoy slightly warmed, at room temp, or with a Viking horn raised in toast.
