Distilled from pure Tasmanian honey and aged with French oak, Leatherhead is our rarest small-batch spirit — smooth, complex, and fiercely unique.

We begin with Bruny Island honey, ferment it into a honey wine, then double pot-distil it in micro runs. Only the very best — the “heart” of the distillation — is kept, then oak-aged to develop warmth, depth and a whisper of spice.

Tasting Notes:
Golden and mellow, with floral sweetness up front, oak and spice through the mid-palate, and a long, lingering finish. Sip it neat, over ice, or swap it into any whisky cocktail to blow minds.
