  • Mead is an ancient alcoholic drink made by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with fruits, spices, or herbs. It’s rich, versatile and older than beer or wine - basically, the original drink of legends.

  • At Wanderer Mead we also keg some of our session meads for events. The core range of sessions (Bastard Son/Viking Ale, Ginger Bezerker, Cyser, Viking Sour.) are generally available. Within Tasmania these are available in 30 litre kegs and in 20 litre one way kegs for the mainland. But call us if you want something else.
