We are channelling the tropical fruit forward character of a classic New England Pale Ale. In our honey ale we take Tassie Meadow honey and Tasmanian Enigma and Galaxy hops. Tropical fruit and Lychee flavours come through in droves. Refreshing and dry. 4.7 % ABV. Gluten Free. 500ml bottle
Session Meads
These take their inspiration from the low alcohol honey brews made by the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons. (Called Alu by the Anglo Saxons and the origin of our word Ale.) Flavoured with herbs and spices or fruit these were the go-to brew for the everyday drink.
Drinking
Clean and refreshing to taste. It is fantastic with food as it cleans the palate and keeps it fresh and ready for your next food adventure.
