Vermouth
This a unique Vermouth. As Mead makers we take our inspiration from the great Medieval Metheglins- which were the original brews that used spices and herbs for flavour. Generally sweet, this was balanced by the power and complex flavours of the herbs and spices. Our version uses a blackberry and raspberry honey wine base to which we add the flavours. Complex and aromatic with bittersweet characteristics. Just delicious. 20% ABV Gluten free. 375ml Bottle.
Drinking
Drink it neat- with or without ice. Its complex herbal bittersweet character needs to be savoured.
Cocktail Recipe: Negroni
30ml of Wanderer Vermouth; 30ml Gin; 30ml Campari. (Stir the ingredients over ice. Garnish with orange peel.)
