This session Ale takes its inspiration from the Dark Ages where people like the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons brewed many mysterious honey. We use a blend of Flinder’s Island Manuka honey and Meadow honey to make this brew. Floral and dry with aslight tart bittering from the Manuka. 4.7% Gluten Free. 500ml Bottle

These take their inspiration from the low alcohol brews made by the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons. (Called Alu by the Anglo Saxons and the origin of our word Ale.) Flavoured with herbs and spices or fruit these were the go-to brew for the everyday drink.
Drinking
Clean and refreshing to taste. It is fantastic with food as it cleans the palate and keeps it fresh and ready for your next food adventure.
