Viking Sour
Our Sour takes Tassie Meadow honey, hibiscus and spices plus a touch of orange. It neatly straddles a sweet/sour flavour. Tart and refreshing. 4.7% ABV. Gluten Free. 500ml bottle.

These take their inspiration from the low alcohol honey brews made by the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons. (Called Alu by the Anglo Saxons and the origin of our word Ale.) Flavoured with herbs and spices or fruit these were the go-to brew for the everyday drink.
